Buying from abroad

We ship worldwide. Straight answers before you commit — the four things buyers outside China ask first.

01 · VOLTAGE

Japanese decks run on 100V

Many restored decks come from the Japanese home market and run on 100V. On 110–120V mains you need a suitable step-down transformer; on 220–240V mains, a heavier one. We tell you before you order and advise the right size for your country.

02 · SHIPPING

Insured, tracked, photographed

Every deck is photographed before packing and ships insured with tracking. The carrier's real tracking number and link follow within 48 hours of dispatch.

03 · PAYMENT

Bank transfer, confirmed in writing

Nothing ships until we both agree on the total. Your order is confirmed personally on WhatsApp, then you pay by international bank transfer.

04 · SUPPORT

Answered by the engineers

Sold as tested and guaranteed working on arrival. Anything after that is handled case by case, directly with the bench — a written policy is being finalized.
