About this part
A new replacement potentiometer for AKAI cassette decks — used on the GX-73, GX-27000 and other models sharing this part. Two values cover the deck's needs: a 50K balance control and a 50K recording control with 2K bias, both with a midpoint lever.
The flower-stem shaft measures 35 mm, and the material has been updated for a longer lifespan than the originals. The photo shows the new units next to the originals they replace — the difference in condition is the point.
